TopCoach publishes educational training and nutrition guides. TopCoach is the publisher; references are listed in each guide. Citing a researcher does not imply that they wrote, reviewed or endorsed the article or app.

Interpreting evidence

When evaluating a recommendation, consult the original study, its design and participants. Distinguish human from animal evidence and association from causation. Group results do not guarantee individual outcomes. A citation or summary is not an independent clinical review of a guide.

AI and translation

The platform uses AI for coaching and guidance. Answers, summaries and translations can contain errors; consult the original source to verify a term or number. Automated output does not constitute professional accreditation or clinical review.

Corrections and updates

To report an error, send the guide URL, the relevant passage and a supporting source through the feedback button. Publication and modification dates describe content changes; rebuilding the site alone does not count as an editorial update.

Guides and plans provide general information. Health conditions, injuries and treatment decisions require a qualified professional.
